Following your quick trek, you will be greeted with a stunning natural setting that includes tasteful ecological constructions, play spaces, a natural spring pool, and the seven flowing levels of the renowned YS Falls. You can make your way to the top of the falls over carved wooden walkways to have a refreshing plunge in the clear natural pools.

Today, go on a tour of the Appleton Estate. While the resident donkey illustrates how juice was produced from sugar cane in the 18th century, sip an Appleton rum punch. Visit the Distillery & Ageing House, which displays the various distillation procedures. Participate in the sugar cane crushing and sampling of freshly squeezed cane juice and molasses.
