Pick up from the hotel in the morning and transport to the railway station for the train to Suceava; arrive in the afternoon and take a short sightseeing tour of Suceava, including a visit to the historic ruins and St. George Church, the oldest in town. Overnight in Gura Humorului at a hotel.
Today you'll get a taste of Romanian inwardness. You will tour the world's only World Heritage outside painted monasteries: Sucevita - the only one built in the XIV century with high and thick walls like a real fortress, Voronet - the Sistine Chapel of the Orient, founded by King Stephan the Great in 1487 to celebrate a major victory over the Ottoman Empire, Moldovita - founded by Petru Rares in 1537 with a stunning representation depicting the Tree of Jesse, representing Christ's genealogy, a popular iconographic theme in Europe during the Middle Ages. During your journey through history and religion, you can stop at Marginea to enjoy the local black ceramics workshops. Overnight in Gura Humorului at a hotel.
Transfer to the Suceava Railway Station for your train to Bucharest, where you will arrive and be transferred to your hotel.
